This is a short webinar (45 minutes including Q&A and discussion) as part of the webinars with previous RENT award winners. In addition to taking a trip down memory lane and highlighting the 40th Anniversary of RENT, it is primarily an opportunity for younger scholars to see examples of how people work with developing their papers and their careers.

Katrin Smolka (Warwick Business School, the University of Warwick) won Post-Doctoral Paper Development Workshop Award 2019–2020 with the paper “How Military Innovation Leads to Civil Market-ready Products: The Case Of Drones”, and her presentation will be along the lines of: What was the paper about, What happened to the paper (did it get published in the same/another version), What happened to you afterwards (What are you researching now).
