This is a short webinar (45 minutes including Q&A and discussion) as part of the webinars with previous RENT award winners. In addition to taking a trip down memory lane and highlighting the 40th Anniversary of RENT, it is primarily an opportunity for younger scholars to see examples of how people work with developing their papers and their careers.

Janice Byrne (Ivey Business School, Western University) won Post-Doctoral Writing Workshop Award 2014–2015 with the paper “Passing the Marshall’s Baton: A Narrative Analysis of Gender in Family Business Succession”, and the presentation will be along the lines of: What was the paper about, What happened to the paper (did it get published in the same/another version), What happened to her afterwards (What is she researching now).
