The ECSB Career Mentoring Programme offers six months of one-on-one support for early and mid-career researchers. Starting in January, participants are matched with experienced academics who can offer advice on topics such as career planning, research development and work-life balance.
To join as a mentee, you must be an ECSB member. Early-career applicants should have completed their PhD within the last eight years, while mid-career applicants should have completed their PhD more than eight years ago and have at least six years’ experience working in academia.
Mentors and mentees agree on the format and frequency of meetings. Participation in the programme is voluntary.
Applications are open until 30 November 2025. Please submit your application and short CV via the online form.
