Deadline for Paper Abstract Submission on June 16, 2024
Join a Paper Development Workshop on the topic of Everyday – Everyone Entrepreneurship, Fostering Social Inclusion (22-23 August 2024) at Aalto University School of Business in Espoo, Finland! Organized by Ewald Kibler, Tamara Galkina, Bernadetta Aloina Ginting-Szczesny and Canan Keleş, this PDW aims to explore and uncover the significance of low-growth, low-tech ventures that make up a big part of our communities today.
In this workshop, the goal is to challenge this bias, and explore through “Everyday – Everyone Entrepreneurship (EEE)” the low-growth, low-tech ventures embedded in everyday life. The goal of this PDW is to enhance the conversation around everydayness in entrepreneurship, unpack entrepreneurial actions in their socio-cultural contexts, and highlight EEE’s role in fostering social inclusion and empowering marginalized individuals.
Guest keynote speakers and panellists for this workshop will include Professors Sarah Jack from Lancaster University Management School, Ulla Hytti from Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, Kim Klyver from Syddansk Universitet – University of Southern Denmark and Arto Haapala from University of Helsinki.
