This is a short webinar (45 minutes including Q&A and discussion) as part of the webinars with previous RENT award winners. In addition to taking a trip down memory lane and highlighting the 40th Anniversary of RENT, it is primarily an opportunity for younger scholars to see examples of how people work with developing their papers and their careers.

Ziad El-Awad (American University of Beirut) won ISBJ Best Paper Award at RENT 2017 with the paper “Dysfunctional Heterogeneity: A Process Model of Learning in Cognitively Heterogeneous Teams” co-authored with Anna Brattström, and the presentation will be along the lines of: What was the paper about, What happened to the paper (did it get published in the same/another version), What happened to him afterwards (What is he researching now).
