We warmly invite you to participate in BOOST 2 – Building Outstanding Opportunities for Sustained Growth and Transformation, taking place on April 13–14, 2026, in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Set against the vibrant lakeside scenery of Jyväskylä’s harbor district, BOOST 2 brings together leading scholars, journal editors, and practitioners for two dynamic days of research development, editorial dialogue, and meaningful networking. The workshop offers a focused and supportive environment to develop working papers toward high-quality journal submissions.

What makes BOOST 2 so special:

Inspiring keynote talks by leading international scholars, Professor Christina Theodoraki and Professor Kim Klyver
“Meet the Editors” sessions with representatives from six prominent journals
Interactive paper development roundtables with senior researchers
Opportunities to build meaningful research collaborations
Opportunities to build collaboration with industry representatives
A vibrant yet collegial atmosphere in an international setting

Participants are invited to submit working papers and receive structured, in-depth feedback from senior scholars.

Deadline for working papers: 15 March 2026

A limited number of participants may receive a €200 travel grant after the workshop. Priority will be given to the best paper runners-up and active members of the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB).
