About
ICSB Mentors Without Borders is a unique mentorship program that provides an opportunity for leaders in business, education and policy to share their experiences with international entrepreneurs. Run by the International Council for Small Business (ICSB), this rewarding experience encourages global communication the formation of international business relationships.
Program Goals:
- To provide human development and knowledge sharing by providing a forum of exchange around the world.
- To facilitate inter-cultural understanding and collaboration through the platform of conversation.
- To inspire a commitment when seeking solutions to challenges entrepreneurs face in their field.
- To match business leaders with entrepreneurs to discuss business strategies for their venture.
Program Mission
Connecting leaders with entrepreneurs from countries around the world to participate in active dialogue about challenges in their field while assisting in identifying and implementing proposed solutions to business problems.
We will be hosting the inaugural event on Wednesday, June 11th in Dublin, Ireland with our partners at the Small Firms Association. Please contact Maureen Joudrey (mjoudrey@icsb.org) to get involved.

We are looking for a diverse group of individuals who have the capacity to communicate across cultural barriers, the sensitivity and respect for local culture, the interest in international entrepreneurship and the drive to continue mentoring after the trip has ended. If you’re an entrepreneur, leader within your organization or a retired executive and are interested in getting involved, we want to hear from you!
