ICSB Academy is a start-up boot camp that draws upon a unique set of global resources. The second cohort of the 2016 ICSB Academy, hosted in conjunction with the 61st Annual ICSB World Conference, will be at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey (USA) between June 12-18, 2016.
What sets the ICSB Academy apart from other start-up bootcamps is its global nature and its integration with one of the top international conferences in the area of small business and entrepreneurship studies and practice. The ICSB Academy has drawn distinguished academicians from leading institutions of higher education from across the globe, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and business experts. The Academy Global Faculty represents the countries of Argentina, Canada, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Italy, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and United States of America.
In addition, the ICSB Academy has partnered with LaunchPad Central, the leading online platform to accelerate the design and test of a new venture concept through a lean start up approach. The participants will be tasked with the design a business idea under the mentoring of the the Academy faculty, while enjoying unlimited access to platform as well as to companies visit and outside of the class activities. The best ideas will be pitched in a plenary event within the ICSB conference in front of 500 and plus delegates and awards will be given to the best idea and the best participating school.

Program Cost: US$ 500 ICSB Academy registration + $250 Stevens Institute Dormitory one week Stay + $100 Optional ICSB Gala Dinner Ticket to Yacht Majesty (luxury yacht tour around Hudson River with sunset stop at Statue of Liberty). The Academy registration fee includes a complimentary student registration fee to the ICSB conference.
