In the ECSB Career Mentoring Programme, experienced researchers and professors will advise you with your personal career development for six months. A mentor supports you by listening to you, discussing your personal goals with you, providing encouragement, information and contacts. Mentoring can assist you with assessing your experiences and achievements and considering your future options and choices.

FOR MENTEES
Target group: The programme is aimed at junior researchers who have finalised their doctoral studies within 5 years prior to the application deadline or are in the process of finalising in the year of application. In order to be eligible, you also need to be an ECSB member.
Application: More information and the application form. State your interests and expectations of the mentoring process and add a short CV.
Deadline for applications: 1 October 2015
Schedule: The mentoring process officially will start on 1 December 2015 and continue until 30 May 2016. If you cannot participate in 2015, look out for the next call in 2016.
